Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

By confirming a booking at Hotel Bhavans Elite, you explicitly agree to our strict no-refund policy. Due to high demand in our premium property, we do not provide refunds for any cancellations, under any circumstances once the booking is finalized.

2. Date Modifications

Booking modifications (such as changing the check-in or check-out dates) may be tentatively approved strictly at the management's discretion. This is unconditionally subject to room availability and potential surcharges, and must be explicitly requested well in advance.

3. No-Shows

If a guest unrestrictedly fails to arrive precisely on the scheduled booking date without prior communication, the reservation will be marked as a No-Show. The entire reservation amount will be decisively retained with absolutely zero refund provided.

4. Early Departures

If you choose to shorten your stay and depart earlier than your anticipated checkout date without prior documented arrangement, the unused nights will not be refunded.
